TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Balance payment must be received no later than 60 days before your arrival, including the amount of the damage deposit of €700 / stay

  • The damage deposit will be refunded 10 days after your check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted of the deposit.

  • If your booking is done within 60 days before your arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately, including the amount of the damage deposit of €700 / stay

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

You may cancel your booking, subject to the following cancellation fees :

  • Up to 6 weeks before your check-in date : 30% of the total rental amount

  • Less than 6 weeks before your check-in date : 50% of the total rental amount

  • We recommend you to take out cancellation insurance.

Long-stay offers (14 nights or more) : discounted rate available on request
