  • To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Balance payment must be received no later than 6 weeks before your arrival, including the amount of the damage deposit of €700 / stay

  • The damage deposit will be refunded 10 days after your check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted of the deposit.

  • If your booking is done within 6 weeks before your arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately, including the amount of the damage deposit of €700 / stay
